A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids to determine the final sale price. The Multi-Par method will be used to sell the real estate. On real estate, $5,000 per acreage tract and $10,000 on the house tract will be due on the day of auction with the balance due within 30 days. The good faith deposit will be deposited into the Hodges Auction escrow account and held until closing, at which time a check from the escrow account will be issued and credited to buyer. On personal property, cash or good check for the full purchase amount is due on the day of auction. Inspections of any type must be performed prior to the sale date, or the right is waived.
