This family estate includes several prized furniture items from the former Henderson Hardy Furniture Store in Shepherdsville, KY (from various estate auctions in the 1980’s). Also included are pieces purchased in 1922, along with items that adorned The Meadows restaurant & residence in Shepherdsville, KY.

TERMS
Bidding opens at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, Sept 30th and soft closes at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, Oct 7th. A 15% buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids. If applicable, sales tax will be added to determine the final purchase price. If you are exempt from sales tax, proper documentation must be provided to Hodges Auction and a copy will be made for our records. The full purchase amount for the items purchased is due by credit/debit card (subject to a 3% fee) upon close of auction and will be charged to the card used at registration.

Item pick up will be Thursday and Friday following auction close from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EDT at 319 S. Mulberry Street, Elizabethtown. All items must be picked up by 4:00 PM Friday unless arrangements are made beforehand. No shipping or delivery is offered. Items not picked up by 4:00 PM Friday will be forfeited without reimbursement.

The auction end time is a soft close, with a 2-minute extension if a bid is placed within 2 minutes of close. Lot closing times may be staggered. All lots are sold as-is, with no guarantee by the seller or Hodges Auction Company. Descriptions are made in good faith but accuracy is not guaranteed.
