Bidding opens on Wednesday, September 17th and begins closing on Wednesday, October 1st. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sale price, with a 6% KY Sales tax on applicable items unless a farm exempt or other tax exempt number is provided for our records. Items are available for preview at 319 S. Mulberry Street, Elizabethtown, KY 427001 during business hours 9am EDT to 4pm EDT Monday-Friday or by appointment at the discretion of Hodges Auction Company staff. Winning bids on items $499 and below will be invoiced to the winning bidder by email through Square and paid in full by credit card. On items $500 and above, a $500 non-refundable deposit will be invoiced by email through Square with the balance due upon item pickup by credit card or cashier’s check. Items must be picked up within 10 days of auction close or any claim to those items is relinquished. No shipping is offered by Hodges Auction Company.
