TERMS
Bidding opens at 8 am on Tuesday, Sept 16th and soft closes at 7 pm on Tuesday, Sept 23rd, 2025. A 15% buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids. If applicable, sales tax will be added to determine the final purchase price. If you are exempt from sales tax, proper documentation must be provided to Hodges Auction and a copy will be made for our records.
Guns will be transferred at Elizabethtown Gun and Sporting Company and non-firearm items will be picked up at our office at 319 S. Mulberry Street, Elizabethtown unless other arrangements are made beforehand. A copy of the paid invoice will be required prior to transfer. No shipping or delivery is offered. The auction end time is a soft close, with a 2-minute extension of the bidding period if a bid is placed within 2 minutes of close. Lot closing times may be staggered. All lots are sold as is with no guarantee by the seller or Hodges Auction company. Description of items are done in good faith but accuracy is not guaranteed. Reference photo gallery and carefully do your own due diligence.
Unless otherwise arranged PRIOR TO CLOSE OF BIDDING, payment in full will be processed on the credit card used at registration.
Guns will the transfered upon pick up at Elizabethtown Gun & Sporting,1815 N Dixie Hwy # 111, Elizabethtown, KY 42701. A fee of $25 will be charged for each transfer, payable to Elizabethtown Gun & Sporting Company.
