TERMS: Bidding opens at 8am EDT on Aug 19th and soft closes at 7pm EDT on August 26th. A 15% buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids. If applicable, sales tax will be added to determine the final purchase price. If you are exempt from sales tax, proper documentation must be provided to Hodges Auction and a copy will be made for our records. On items exceeding $1,000, a $500 deposit will be charged to the credit card used for registration, with the balance due upon pick up by cash, credit card, or check. On items less than $1,000, the full purchase amount for the item(s) purchase is due by credit/debit card upon close of auction and will charged to the credit/debit card used at registration. Pick up dates are the Thursday & Friday following the auction close, 9am EDT to 4pm EDT at 750 W. White Mills Glendale Road, White Mills unless other arrangements are made beforehand. No shipping or delivery is offered. If items are not picked up by 4pm EDT on Friday, August 29th the buyer forfeits claim to those items and will not be reimbursed. Vehicles or equipment, if applicable, are available for preview by appointment. Possession given upon payment in full and transfer of title. We strongly encourage you to personally inspect vehicles prior to bidding. The auction end time is a soft close, with a 2-minute extension of the bidding period if a bid is placed within 2 minutes of close. Lot closing times may be staggered. All lots are sold as is with no guarantee by the seller or Hodges Auction company. Description of items are done in good faith but accuracy is not guaranteed.
