Tips:
- Real estate is generally available for viewing prior to the auction date. If you would like to have a property appraised or inspected before the auction give us a call and we can help you with the arrangements.
- Personal property IS NOT available for viewing prior to the auction date. Valuables such as guns and jewelry are always stored off-site until the morning of the auction.
- By arriving 30 minutes or so before the auction starts you can avoid waiting in line for a bid card. Our computer system is designed to minimize the registration time, but the majority of people often arrive just before the auction begins.
- You can pay for an item the instant it is sold to you. We use a mobile clerking system that immediately transmits all sales to our cashier.
- If you cannot take an item with you immediately after the auction you may have to make arrangements with the seller to store the item that you have purchased until you are able to pick it up. Once an item is sold to you it is your responsibility to keep it safe.
